Painless usually soft, hard after ejaculation lump in the right testy area?? help please? -
My bf (will be my fiance soon:) has this lump on his right testy. it-s painless and usually soft. after he ejaculates, it becomes hard. he-s had it for 4 years now. he couldn-t and still cant go get it checked because he doesn-t have any type of insurance. he says that he feels it now more than in the past... he didn-t use to masturbate that much until I and him started dating 2 months ago. now he masturbates more. could that be the reason? the lump is located in the top half of the scrotum skin.. I checked on many websites and found that any lumps in the top part could be a build up of fluids or infections.. or it could be the epidermis, which is okay and not serious.Does anyone know what that thing could be?

On the other hand, a tumor definitely would not do that, it would be hard all the time.
You-re going to have to eventually get this checked by a doctor.
sorry dude i think that he has got a tumor that could lead to cancer i seriously think that he should see a doctor at once what is more important his life or your sex life? sorry if i feel abit harsh about saying it
It does not sound like something normal. It could be something easily taken care of or it could be cancer. He should see a doctor about it.

These things are normally occured due to more sex/masturbates.
If that is painless so no need to worry.
1. Clean that lump part two times every day (morning - night, can do 3 times also if he works too much - start sweating) with good antiseptic liquid (Johnson - Johnson company) with one bottle cap (not cup) full of liquid bottle in one full mug (Ratio - 2:10 where 10 refer as water) if it irritates so leave it same time - use antiseptic soap, then use any good anti-fungal/anti-bacterial/anti-inflammi�� cream for few days.
2. If it-s suits you so can continue otherwise just clean that part with good antiseptic liquid or antiseptic soap.
3. Just follow these steps for 7-10days if still he is not satisfy so can consult any docter, don-t afraid as docter can-t eat u - whatever he/she will suggest should take you in good manner.
4. Change his underwear two times a day - wash it under antiseptic liquid.
5. During the sleeping, try to remove underwear so air can pass through his affected part easily.
6. Stop watching any porn movies these days + try to make minimum sex so he can recover easily.
NOTE: more sex/masturbate shrink penis foreskin where he felt little pain while doing sex/masturbate, just clean his penis with antiseptic soap - use anti-fungal/anti-bacterial/anti-inflammi�� cream for a week then he can feel that his skin is 70-80% normal but not that 100% normal as b4. Avoid more sex as it generates bad things on your penis, Like: red spots, tight foreskin etc....
Sex is good but when these things crossed his limits then it is harmful.
