What has ejaculation got...? -
What has ejaculation got that helps prevent prostate cancer, but that urination doesn-t? If this is too obvious, then I-m really dumb, but please answer
Appearances are that after it sets briefly sperm becomes, in a somewhat real sense - poisonous to the body. If it isn-t cleared out regularly, it harms the body - including the prostate. Likewise, having no reason for the Prostate to perform its function seems to cause damage.
Therefore, between the two things, it increases the chance of prostate cancer. *shrug*

Urine just flows through the tube that runs through the middle of the prostate. Ejaculation causes the prostate to perform its primary function- produce sexual fluids for the semen and that would naturally help keep it healthy by having it do its intended purpose.
You are not really dumb. Well, you are dumb, but not really. There is a THEORY that regular ejaculation... and so on. A theory.
Why are you still dumb? Because you want answers HERE. Do a research on this. Read a lot of articles and maybe you-ll learn something. You-ll not learn much from -experts- here.
the tube that holds your urine is connected to a different part of your body, the prostate gland is connected to the sack that holds semen so when you ejaculate it helps keep the prostate moving which keeps it healthy
Ejaculate is made up of mostly fluid from the prostate. This prevents the prostate from being over supplied with fluid. Urination is simply emptying of the bladder
