when i was masturbating i felt a bigger tingle then there came out a fluid it wasn-t completely white it had a little bit of clear but not allot - it tingled my entire body for an hour - a half but i still had an erection for about 1 second. a week ago i had a problem getting an orgasm now it feels like i can get one in about 30 seconds. is it pre-***it could be prec*m or maybe just cowper-s fluid

Pre-ejaculation is semen. If it gave you a pleasurable feeling when it came out, it is ejaculating. Pre-ejaculation is when you ejaculate without an orgasm. Semen also changes consistency and color (white to a skim-milky color). This changes generally because of what you eat (if you diet changes even slightly it will change your semen). Having an erection after ejaculating is normal. Erections are caused by increased blood-flow, and have nothing to do with the semen itself. So, it take a minute for your brain to tell your body to stop putting blood there.
PS: Pre-c** (Pre-seminal fluid) is different than pre-ejaculation. That is a tiny drop of semen that leaks our when aroused. Pre-ejaculation is an actual ejaculation (not just a drop).

You are ejaculating semen. Its colour is derived from the protein it contains and can be anywhere between totally clear and translucent white, although your diet can add tinges of other colours. Sometimes, some of the protein can be seen as strands of white in an otherwise clear fluid.
