Yes it is dangerous. Never try to hold back an ejaculation when you orgasm. Can damage your internal plumbing, and permanently. Anyone promoting that idea is stupid. I;ve heard of the penile squeeze technique and other ways to keep the ejaculation from coming out-- just damages your organ and prostate and the internal plumbing valves. No reason to do that. You can orgasm without ejaculation but that is usually after you have just ejaculated and there is no semen to expell.
It-s not going to be possible. It-s your body-s natural response to arrousal to ejaculate. Orgasm for a man IS ejaculation.
Are you trying to avoid pregnancy? Use a condom--there is sperm in the pre-ejaculation that comes out naturall when you are arroused. There-s NO controlling that.
So you want to have an orgasm without having the ejaculate (sperm) coming out....
Unless you-re wired differently than most males, that-s not really on option. You could possibly hold it back for a moment by applying enough pressure, but you can-t do that while having sex. You-re still ejaculating so it-ll come out when you let go. Applying pressure also cuts of circulation and can damage your veins and blood vessels.
This thing you trying to do can cause permanent and irreversible damage. Don-t do it. It-s dangerous.
Stick to using condoms.
If you suppress your orgasm it will go into your bladder, which is not good.
