Ejaculation in drops while penis is still erect. What is this which doctor should I consult? -

I am 30. single. And you will find it strange that I have never had sex in my life..!!! But I want you to take my question seriously and give me a proper piece of advice. I usually have wet dreams once or twice in two weeks. When I see porn movies or read erotic novels I get a quick erection. after some seconds of erection I begin to ejaculate drop by drop and my penis remains erect. then it goes down again and some drops come with urine too. I had a gf. once I took my arms and kissed her then laid her on bed and went over her (of course clothes were on) . till then my penis was erect and I was feeling anxious. my penis touched her thigh and i got an immediate ejaculation. she did not notice it and I got up and left. what can I do to solve my problem, which doctor I should go to. and is there any exercise that can help me?
There are a number of issues that could be discussed here, but I will give you one bit of advice that will help you in your immediate problem.

You need to masturbate. It is obvious that you are not doing the because you are having wet dreams. Most guys masturbate several times every day for all their adult lives - some as much as 6, 8 ot 10 times a day. This will help your mental and physical health, so do it as many times a day as you can.
Premature ejaculation is a serious problem for many men - you are not alone. It is a combination of the mental and physical, so you need to get these both right to cure your problem - but it is curable.

There-s a link to a great program below - I-d recommend that you take a look at it. Hope this helps, and good luck.
well ur private is sinsitive and u need to jackulate more often to make it last longer i call it training it to not bust too fast
See a Urologist for evaluation.
