Even if your mother was in the bathtub with you at the same time and unless you had sex with her my answer is no. The evidence would like the water went down the drain. Hope my answer was helpful?

Highly unlikely, sperm dies very quickly outside of the body. Also the water would likely be very hot, that would aslo kill the sperm.
