I need help with premature ejaculation please? -
I suffer from premature ejaculation and tried a couple of prescribe drugs that are actually meant for depression because of the side effects I could not continue to use it Celesta really work but gave a really bad itchy skin reaction the second one I don-t remember it-s name but it I stop it because I became very aggressive so is there anyone that has or still uses something to treat this I can only last about 5 minutes at most and Im getting really frustrated with this problem Im in my 30-s average body I do sports occasionally but I am not a couch potato any REAL help will be greatly appreciatedLearning to spot the signs of imminent ejaculation is a good first step. Ease off the second you feel the first inkling of the point of no return down below. Slow deep breathing and contracting your perineum (the muscles used to squeeze out the last drops from urination) will help dissipate the sensations. Its really a matter of retraining your system and won-t take that long with a little practice.
You should never need to resort to drugs of any kind, its a billion dollar business, don-t you think they will tell you what you want to hear.
the comments above me have just helped me, thumbs up :) take notice of them dude.
You need to slow down a bit when you-re having sex. There-s really no rush to get off. Longer, deeper, slower strokes are the best and the most pleasurable for you and for your partner. Also, when you masturbate you should experiment with taking your time and seeing how long you can last before you-ve truly reached the point of no return. Also, sometime mastubating a couple of hours before having sex has been found to help some men.
One of the ways I-ve seen this treated successfully is by taking everything really slowly. You need a willing partner who you are comfortable with. Over time, if you -train- yourself to not be stimulated you can learn to last longer. For example, the first time she touches you for a short while. Rest. Repeat several times. Watching something non-erotic (sports) can help, too. You need to train with your mind watching something non-sexual. You can do the same thing with oral sex----she performs for a little while, then rests. Repeat. See how long you can go. Intercourse is the toughest-----but if you want to try it, insert and then rest. Then insert again. Rest. Think about anything BUT sex! Eventually, you can be fully in the game again (mentally and physically).
