Sometimes when I ejaculate, small gel-like globs shoot out of my penis with my ejaculation.What could this be? -
the globs are semi-solid, as opposed to the more liquid ejaculation, and they hurt as they come out of my penis. there is always a split-second delay before and after the globs come out (preceded and followed by regular ejaculation)... can anyone tell me what this is?
The semen usually becomes thicker when you didn-t have any sexual acts for a long period or your body lacks water. To have gel-like blobs and pain... That-s creepy. Maybe you need to talk with some experts.
