She should get checked and you should have already started puberty and making sperm and all so its possible to impregnate a girl, she should get checked and btw you are too young to have sex if you let this happen, its called a condom
If you-re are only cumming drops of it then you are unable to get a girl pregnant due to the fact it is probable just semen and no sperm.
