well i am a nineteen years old boy i started masturbating like three years ago,first i could go a long way up to like 30 minutes, now it feels, i *** easily like in three to four minutes only,i havent actually had sex before and it all due to this fear of having to *** too early,i dont actually know what to do about this problem,i really want to put a complete end to this problem of having to *** so early,i will also need some help to know if there could be a complete cure to pre mature ejaculation,i really need help.

Work out your PC muscle by doing Kegal-s (look it up online), then while having sex, do a reverse kegal (like your trying to pee as hard as you can), when you do this it slows down, or stops the urge of ejaculation.
