Antidepressants such as Prozac certainly do. I was on this for a few months once and I felt like I-d been totally emasculated. It was dificult but just possible to get an erection, but no way could I have an orgasm. Soon clears up once you are off the stuff though.
Not sure about medicine but crystal Meth does, but thats an illegal drug.
