If you know that you-re going to be having sex, try to go into the bathroom and ejaculate once first. This way the 2nd time will take longer. Also, if you feel yourself climaxing, try your hardest to think of something NONsexual like eating broccoli or mopping the kitchen floor. Or simply count to 100 in your head. It might help.

Something that worked for me in the past was to become able not stop after your first orgasim. I was unhappy with how fast my first orgasim came so I decided that every time I masturbated I would not stop untill I had a second orgasim. Eventually I was able to keep an erection all they way through to the second orgasim and in acutal sex I could last very long. The key to this method is to concentrate very hard right after your first orgasim on things that turn you on and not stop what you are doing. ie don-t let her stop the oral play or keep having sex.
