my doctor was checking to see if i have any health problems and he jammed my prostate like a button and as you know on the other side my biological copies poured out. i have to say it hurted like hell...this was like 1 month ago and now i-m all worried because i feel like it-s affected my erection and ejaculation time...any help would be appreciated and please don-t say things to make me feel better. please tell me the truth.I wouldn-t imagine there was any long term damage, although I can understand there being soreness afterward. As it is, the prostate is not responsible for the state of your erection, so it may perhaps be a psychological block that is causing a lesser erection. Talk to your doctor about it---just not the same doctor.
I agree with previous answerer-s who say that your doctor is out of line. There is no need for a prostate exam to cause any discomfort or embarrassment to a patient and it certainly should not result in an ejaculation.
Perhaps it would be good to see another doctor (one that you trust and/or have confidence in) and discuss this issue with him. He may even give you guidance about what to do about reporting the other doctor.

Ya know your doctor has no good reason to jam your prostate. Even if he wanted to get a sperm sample that is not the recommended method to get that.
He should not have hurt you that way. It should have settled down by now to be honest. I would change doctor and ask the next guy or woman for advice. Better still sue the guy - he should not have jammed your prostate.
