This is a really personal question, and I-m not sure if I want to ask this, but here goes.
I-m 13, and I was just masturbating like 10 minutes ago. I have never done it for long, because I-m a bit scared. The feeling when you are -almost there- is really strong.
Today, I passed that point I think. It felt really good, but I-m not sure if it was what I think it was. I stopped, but if I moved at all, the feeling came back, VERY strongly, so I stayed still for a while. It felt like muscles were contracting... -inside it-, and I got up and went to the bathroom. It came out very very slowly, and was perfectly clear. I think it-s weird of me doing this, but I was curious lol. I grabbed some toilet paper, dabbed it, and smelled it, and it didn-t smell at all. Not sure if it is pee or not though, because there wasn-t much of it so I couldn-t really tell. It wasn-t thick, but it came out a bit faster at one point, and sprayed like 3 inches. It kept on running slowly for another minute or two.
So... what was it? I REALLY don-t know if I should have asked this, but I-m curious.

No. You didn-t have an ejaculation yet. You-ll know when you do. No doubt about it. Semen doesn-t look like pee.
Don-t be afraid to play with yourself all you want. It-s totally normal and there is no way that you can hurt yourself.
Don-t get obsessed about ejaculating. It usually happens when you-re about your age, but it could take another year or so. It will happen when it does. Just play with yourself as much as you want and have fun until then.

Basically, you stopped too soon again. Your orgasm started but you gave up masturbating before it had finished. Here-s a rough idea of what to expect, though it varies from person to person.
Once you have a good erection and you start masturbating, you will feel a warm, pleasurable ache in the tip of your penis and also to a lesser extent, in the shaft. As you get close to orgasm, you may feel some sweating and warmth in the back of your knees and an uncontrollable urge to w@nk faster. As you near ejaculation, the glans (tip of your penis) may get a bit harder but not always and you may feel a need to arch your back. The warm ache becomes more intense and you may feel some involuntary jerking movements throughout your body. Again, this varies from person to person. Just before you ejaculate your semen, you will have a feeling like you need to pee real badly. You may start breathing more heavily and some boys feel the need to cry out or gasp. Your semen will then ejaculate in one or more uncontrollable spurts and as it ends, your body will relax and you may feel a bit tired but very relaxed. Anyway the clear sticky liquid you refer to is seminal fluid, or semen as it is known. This is the fluid in which the sperm (tadpoles) will swim when you begin to produce them. It is they that make the ejaculate look a white / milky colour.
The fact that you are producing semen means that it won-t be long before you start to produce sperm too.
I think you might have had an -orgasm- but you ought to realize that this would not have been as intense a feeling as you shall get when you have a full ejaculate, in other words it will get even better (and messier, but that-s another matter, stock up on tissues, if you know what I mean!)
The other bit, sprayed 3 inches and kept running for a minute or two, was probably pee.
