before sucking you should ensure your mouth cells should not be damaged because it get infected easily..
you can suck and keep it in your mouth and should not drink... split it out.
even a drop can enter it will not creat pregnant.. because the digestive tract is not at all connected to the uterus directly.

better you should keep condom and suck till he reach the end point.
If he is clean ie free from any transmittable disease then forget the incidence
