it started a few days ago, when i got overagressive, and ejaculated really forcefully during sex.now when im masturbating, i notice that i feel a slight sharp pain near the base of my penis, like when the semen is coming out of the tube, during the first ejaculation when i -squeeze-, then its okay after that.
it seems like lately i can-t stop my thirst for sex, i am masturbating a lot and have sex with my girlfriend every opportunity.
i am 21, no family history of genital related disease or cancer.
