ive checked several things out eliminated any STDs since i havent had sex in a while and i got tested. besides there are no weird discharges form the penis. also no bumps or break outs. just it feels like im penaly constipated dont no if that makes sense but it feels like something is blockin the outward flow from the testes or from the bladder. i also eliminated any type of stones blocking the urethra, as that is usually associated with pain. also there is no pain or burning when i urinate it kind of soothes the itching. its not alot of itching either, just like after ejaculation it itches for a bit.so i was thinking bacterial infection. i dont wanna go see a doc yet coz i dont have any insurance rite now so can ne one help with a diagnosisSome guy said it best. Be sure to pee after ejaculating. The urine will clear the urethra of any leftover semen which is most likely to cause itchiness.
There is such a thing as a narrow urethra. However you might just be over thinking things.
