Semen present in Pre-*** after 72 hours of last ejaculation? -

Is still possible for semen to exist in the urethra after 72 hours. I have read a lot so the magic number happens to be 72. I have read that within 72 hours of the last ejaculation, pregnancy can be possible through pre-*** So I-m curious even after 72 hours is it possible to have semen in pre-***. How likely or what is the risk? If the case is yes please explain this whole concept of the 72 hours after the last ejaculation. Please include in depth explanation, sources, or specifics to back up what you say. Thank you.
Precum, also known as Cowper-s fluid or bulbourethral fluid, should be considered the same as semen when it comes to being around a fertile woman. There is no way to make sure that the precum of a fertile male contains no sperm. Remember, it only takes one sperm cell to make a female pregnant.
