after ejaculation does your testicals hurt because i-ve seen some porn where some guys like say ouch that ^-$#@! hurts and all. So does it hurt or is it well just like the pleasure.
After ejaculation it is possible for your testicles to hurt but generally they do not.
Normally there is a great feeling and the feeling subsides and things go back to normal.
