Well, here-s my problem, i ejaculate too quickly. During sex/ masturbation, i dont last that long, the most is five minutes. how can i make it so i ejaculate later, and get more endurance to cumming so quickly? its frustrating during sex because, well not even five minutes in and im done. plz help!
Get your breathing technique down. When you-re stimulating it and you stop breathing, that-s a like a signal to your brain to nut.
