Holding back while masturbation is a tough thing to do but fun as well. Yes we can hold back to an extend. However if the excitation is continued even while the guy is holding back, he will ejaculate. It does not hurt if done for a short period. However if guys excite themselves, then let the level of excitation drop and then again excite, and continue like this, they can hold on for long and it hurts a bit after ejaculation.
