I-m really worried, I-m 15 and learned about premature ejac at school. Whenever I masturbate, i will have an ejaculation after about 30 seconds with lotion. Literally like 20-25 if I-m watching any porn.
What-s worrying me is if I am ever married/ having sex that my partner won-t get any enjoyment because of this

You will almost always ejaculate faster when you masturbate than when you are having sex, but it is a good exercise for you to start learning how to delay the ejaculation. When most men masturbate they use the most effective stroke as rapidly as they can bringing themselves to a rapid orgasm. Try aiming for a time. Start with something small, say 1 minute. Vary the strokes and speed to maintain your erection while not ejaculating. Increase the goal time slowly. Once you get the hang of how to slow down and prevent an unwanted ejaculation, then you are set and ready to use those skills to please a woman.
That-s not unusual for 15. After you finish puberty (like 19-20) your hormones slow down and it takes you a little bit longer to reach orgasm. One other idea is to really get the girl going first, by either fingering her or giving oral or something like that... and then start having sex once she-s already really turned on. That way if you only last a couple of minutes it could still be enough for her.
So it-s really nothing to worry about, you will eventually start lasting longer and you can work around the problem if you have to.
