It-s possible that your muscles haven-t exactly fully developed, but it-s probably more likely that they just haven-t been used much before so you-re unused to how it feels and such.
You shouldn-t have to conciously push/tense the muscles to cause an ejaculation. During an orgasm, ejaculation happens involuntarily as the muscles that control it tense/push without much control on your part. So, you might be trying too hard to make things work, just take it slow and easy and let it happen.

When you are ejaculating, it really doesn-t need to push. Maybe you are unnecessarily exerting yourself. Keep masturbating without pushing and see, it will come.
