Retrograde Ejaculation? -
Can retograde ejaculation be caused by a hypospadias surgery during infancy? If so is there any way it can be fixed? With retrograde ejaculation is it possible to squeeze someof the semen out of the penis?
Retrograde ejaculation is usually caused by the male using force to keep from ejaculating. Some males squeeze the penis very tightly (ouch!) and some apply great pressure to the perineum (the skin between the scrotum and the anus). This redirects the semen into the urinary bladder. It is a very dangerous practice that can damage the penis or the nerves and blood vessels that run through the perineum.
If you are having retrograde ejaculation that is not a result of applying force to these areas, then that is a situation that needs examination by a competent urologist. Don-t be afraid to tell the doctor that you masturbate. He masturbates too. If it-s a severe issue, just say -ejaculate- instead. He will know what you mean. (E.g., I-ve been having some trouble when I ejaculate.)

You really ought to see a urologist who can help identify why this is happening and if there is any way to correct the situation.
