It-s honestly rediculous, with a condom on after having ejaculated honestly not even 5 mins before, I ejaculated a second time in less then 15 seconds upon penetration... what the heck am i supposed to do?
Put on 2 condoms or else (assuming you-re 21) get a little drunk. It happens to a lot of people and being nervous makes it worse. Try and take your mind out of the equation, because a lot of ejaculation is in your head. Think about something else when having sex.
Masturbation before sex can help but what you need to do is masturbate for long periods of time without ejaculating. Keep trying until you can hold it for a while.
