Im 13 years old and I seem to ejacualte alot, does ejaculating wen younger affect my penis when I get older?Dude have you ever jacked-(Masturbated) it? If you do that it will release a lot of the semen build up. Nocturnal Emissions are a rather common problem with young males. Don-t worry too much and If it is too much of a problem get some cheap underwear.
You should be OK, ejaculation should not effect your penis.
