I hate to tell you this, but he needs to stop smoking weed. this could be part of the problem. HOpefully when he does stop smoking weed, he can ejaclate when it is time. Smoking weed can also cause birth defects for the baby..

As far as size goes, the size is determined by heredity and as men age, it does become smaller.
