Ejaculation Side Effect of Lexapro? -
I have been taking lexapro and when I masturbate I cant ejaculate...any simple solutions??
I doubt it-s the Lexapro. Been taking it for years and never a problem. Maybe if you give it a rest for awhile ejaculate volume will increase.

I think Lexapro can affect your abilitiy to orgasm. Depending on your situation and your level of depression and/or anxiety, you might want to consider taking a different medication. Different meds affect people differently. I suffer from depression and have taken a number of things until I discovered wellbutrin. I suffer from Bipolar disorder and my shrink has given me many, many medications to try too see what would work, well when I was on Lexaprop I had the same problem erection, but could not ejaculate, he switched me to celexa and adderall XR, and no problem. So what happens, I have to have surgery on my prostate and now I have retrograde ejaculation, that is where when I climax the sperm goes into my bladder instead of out my penis, and I urinate it out later, I am not making this up lol. You cant win.
