What you are seeing is the secretion from Cowper-s glands. It is quite normal to get this when you have an orgasm in the early stages of puberty. It is a lubricant for the urethra (pee- tube) and changes its acidity to make it sperm friendly. Normal adult semen is white because this is the color of the fluid secreted from the prostate. The sperms are added to this and then the whole lot is ejaculated. After a few months your prostate will kick into action and you will find you are producing true semen much more like the adult variety. The sperms are only a tiny fraction of the amount you see.

yes and no, no hard rule, the human body is complex, so its not always gonna b yes or no.
Yes not only is it clear but not much as well. Not really Premature sperm, but because you don-t secrete much seminal and prostatic secretion as normal adults do. (FYI- SEMEN is different with SPERM. When you say SEMEN, it composed of Sperm cells and other secretions like prostatic and seminal tubules secretions plus mucus, On the other hand Sperm cells are motile cells that carry genetic material that soon fertilize the egg.) Don-t worry clear sperm is normal if you are a teenager, it will be either whitish or yellowish and sometimes even grayish as you age.
Its okay
yes at first sperm will be clear
this only means you are not fully developed yet
Don-t freak out later in you life(It could be months, it could be weeks, hell it could be a year) it will change to white
there is no telling when it will happen for you because its different for every one.
