i was unable to ejaculate through intercourse with gf when on it and because she started to think it was her and not the drug i sometimes relied on secretive and frustrating masturbation to get relief (taking 30 mins plus,or i would give up!!) It didn-t effect my erections or desire for sex. i have just started taking sertraline 50mg,does anyone know if it has the same side effects and did citalopram cause the same probs for other people.If its an SSRI then yes...SSRIs are known to delay ejaculation
