Does ejaculation contain 98% dead sperm and pee? -
my friend says you can only get pregnant by pre-ejaculation and that ejaculation is just 98% dead sperm and pee is this true?
It-s not true, while pre-ejaculation contains some sperm, the actual ejaculation contains a lot more (about 40 million). And as for it being dead, at least 75% should be living, it is normal for 25% to be dead.

Ejaculation is seminal fluid mix with sperm, and unless something is wrong very many and very live sperm
semen does not contain any pee.. and if you are a healthy fertile man.. your sperm count in the semen will be high.. if you ever see it under a microscope. it looks like zillions of tiny tadpoles swimming all over the place.. and they are not dead.. id say the opposite of your friend.. 98% are alive..

No, definitely not true. More like 98% live sperm unless you have had a bad case of the mumps when you were an infant and most men are sterile from it. And there is absolutely no Pee in a male ejaculation. Tell your friend to chalk up on their men-s health knowledge before selling males on that information. no. there is sperm in the pre-ejaculation. however, there are very live sperm when you ejaculate. the urine come from your bladder, the sperm comes from your testicles.
