Q) does anyone know a authentic medicine or any other solution for premature ejaculation?
Q) my penis doesn-t get very hard as its used to get a couple of years back. i am 30 yrs old now!
any yea, i have no STDs or any other diseases. i am all clean!

Being 30 will slow you down in that area.. As far as medications helping with the pre-ej. , I have never heard of any .. however, they do sell both condoms and / or a lubrication that you place around the edge of the penis head that dulls the feelings for a while . so you can go longer. There are also other techniques that couples use to help with this problem. If you squeeze the rim of the head for about 20 seconds or so .. before intercourse .. that is also known to help. Also, don-t focus on the sex itself .. then you just worry and add to the problem.. make it an -over-all- experience of just enjoying each others bodies and presence with each other. Good Luck ! :)
what is happening is that you are working yourself up, try less foreplay, and maybe the problem of not staying hard is that when having sex it is getting old, i mean the way you are having sex, try new positions, ways experiment with toys or one even better have your girlfriend or wife be aggressive let the ladie in your life show you some new things, this worked for me...alan

As for the medicine, I don-t know of any, but a glass of wine helps. A beer helps too but then you have beer breath. Alchohol hinders the release of the chemical in you body that causes/triggers ejaculation.
As for the other...I think it-s just age. Maybe try more foreplay and get really wound up.
