You are both lazy, get on BC and have him think of work during the act.
Premature ejaculation is basically before he enters you. Like, if you touch him there and he ejaculates, then that is just excitement.
If he is pulling ut, then that is normal. He might ejaculate faster that way, but its ok.
Keep in mind, if your doing this to prevent pregnancy, you can still become pregnant with him pulling out. He won-t know if the pre-ejaculate comes out or not.

It-s probably not because you-re using the -pull out- method. Premature ejaculation is a common problem that can be dealt with in a number of ways. One is for your husband to use a condom, which will reduce his sensitivity (and is a much better method of birth control than -pulling out-).
Birth control by withdrawal is really dumb. Condoms and diaphragms work very nicely. There is sperm before he pulls out, get with it. You are going to be pregnant if you do not do something else. Children born when not wanted are in awful danger. Grow up.
