We think he is low in oxytocin. He also has fluid on the sella, compressing the pituitary gland. Would an oxytocin nasal spray help him be able to ejaculate? Is there any test for low oxytocin?

Talk to a doctor about this. Low oxytocin may not be the cause of the problem. He/she should be able to diagnose the problem. both of you should go to the doctors together.
I dont know if he is going to be willing to discuss this with you, but at least forward the information.
If your husband masturbates alot, it is possible that his body has conditionned itself to ejaculating easily only when he is doing it to himself.
he can try changing his habits, like perhaps masturbating with a towel in his hand in order to get used to different stuff and get back on track.
his seminal ducts are clogged up!
