I had sex two days ago......partner ejaculated in me and since then I have had no drainage from exit opening..........what the hell happened to the sperm???? LOL! Is it still in me?
Silly answers up there, huh? You can-t see the tiny little sperm cells, which after a few days would be dead and decomposed. The semen itself, I don-t know. I-ve never heard of it draining back out, so I assume it just gets mixed in with your natural lubricant and eventually breaks down and gets absorbed by your body.
