I suppressed ejaculation! please help!? -
I am determined to cut back on porn and masturbation and I have reduced it considerably over time and now determined to cut it out completely! Something that is bugging me is that the last time I watched porn, I abruptply reached orgasm and tried to suppress it as a result a very small discharge took place. Now I am very worried as I dont want to masturbate again as I am determined but because suppressing ejaculation isnt a good thing so I think I need to do it ONE LAST TIME and ejaculate freely so that I can carry out my aim with peace of mind and never repeat it again! Please help me with my ambivilance and let me know if I should do it one last time and get over this curse with peace of mind??A learned islamic person replying to it would be highly appreciated! Others please bring in any medical aspects that you know!

Medically, there is nothing wrong with suppressing your ejaculate. Some men *try* to do it!
I don-t think you holding it back will do anything. It should either go back in, or will come out when you urinate. I used to hold it all back sometimes when I was younger, and I-ve never had any problems.
dont worry about it...any semen will be flushed when you urinate. Dont make an excuse to play with yourelf one last time :P
If you dont want to do it, then dont. You wont have any problems from supressing your ejaculation. It will leak out by itself over time, nothing to worry about.
