yeah it increases your blood flow, and during ejaculation you are supposed to feel good.
if your not old enough to produce sperm, then you wont ejaculate, but you can have an orgasm of sorts still.

When it feels like you need to pee -- keep jacking. The feeling will get stronger, and then will turn incredibly good and you will ejaculate, or at least orgasm. Try it, dont- stop because of the need to pee. You will be amazed. Or, just stop and pee -- everywhere - you are in the shower, then keep going - but I think its best to just keep going until it happens.
