i have a pretty unhealthy diet but i am skinny and pretty well toned i work out everday.

I think that should help. Adding fish to your diet would work too. And yeah, start eating better (not more, just better...more veggies and fruit, lean meats and dairy, etc.) Also, learn to control it when it-s about to happen...if you can feel when that is, by relaxing and breathing deeply. Stopping for a little while, then continuing. (Sorry, that last part seems like an exercise.)
Causes can be stress, nervousness, worry, poor diet, among others.

Try keeping your mind off of whats going on and think about something that dosnt turn you off, but something that dosnt turn you on either.. Like a sport. Or put on the tv and concentrate on that. It-ll help you last longer. But if your having sex, i dont suggest you watch tv.. She might think you need to see others girls on tv to get off and she-ll just feel unattractive.
