It is the first fluid to start flowing. It flows before ejaculation. It is lube. Lube that reduces the PH acid level and makes the flow of semen shoot faster.
The cowpers gland is the one responsible for this. Even with little activity this will start. It is both clear and sticky slippery but somewhat sticky as well. No lube created by man can come close to this stuff. If we could make a lube like it, all our machines would be far more efficient.
