I-ve heard a lot about people complaining about premature ejaculation, and the lack of orgasms that it results in. I easily manage to give some five-eight orgasms before I get mine. And I know that it isn-t fake orgasms because a few people have told me the same. Is it really that serious of an issue?? I can-t understand this problem. Can someone explain this?

P.S: I want answers from a scientific of biological point of view - not a disgusting answer from a pervert.

I don-t exactly understand your question but if your asking -can you be infertile even if you ejaculate- then the answer is yes. When a male is infertile, it means the sperm are dead / non-existent. My fiance used to be able to have sex for long periods of time. Now, it seems like he ejaculates about a minute into sex. Whether we have foreplay or not makes no difference in how long he lasts.
