Amount of semen and the accompanying seminal fluid is on average a teaspoon per ejaculation. Semen thickness will vary greatly but it will always be white and the seminal fluid is mostly clear. The only semen that will come out during urination is the semen/seminal fluid still in the penis shaft from your last ejaculation.
Its all different for everyone and it is not possible to ejaculate while urinating.
