There Is NO risk of having hematospermia in you as long as the person doesn-t have HIV, AIDS or Hepatitis..
It is possible to prevent you from having kids because it is an abnormality, infection or other issue with the ejaculatory ducts, prostate or other issues related to the male reproductive system
Sometimes this condition can be treated with tetracycline and other non medicinal treatments and then there are other condition that there is NO treatment..
