My friend doesn-t yahoo and wanted me to ask this question: Recently when he ejaculates, his left testicle shrinks up and hurts a little bit. What could this be and do you think it will go away because it never used to happen?
.yes it should go away, more than likely a strain, reasons testicles move up and down is temperature. if they are hot they will drop, if they are cold they will move up, the must stay at a certain temperature to produce good semen. everything is good just keep an eye on the left one for a bit.
just before ejaculation the testicles sit up closer to the penis. after ejaculation they might shrink and will eventually descend. this is normal. but if he-s really worried, then he should see a doctor and get a physical.
