Auto ejaculation? -
During sleep and sometimes during working time, my penis is getting erect automatically and the sperm is leaking on its own thou i didnt do anything. is it normal. I am 25 y.o.
This is completely normal.
It-s not sperm, it-s called pre-ejaculate, a clear substance made by the prostate and other glands.
its called a wet dream or u wer jackin earlier and then it built up so when u had a -dirty- dream it leaked
never happened to me before....

You might have what is referred to a -drippy dick- or Chlamydia.
