Hello Human,
firstly it is impossible for anyone to give you an acurate diagnosis over the internet so the safest thing to do is see your doctor - without delay.

If I were to have a guess at what it MIGHT be, it could be proststitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome.

Prostatitis is very common with half of all men experiencing it at some time in their life. It accounts for as many as 25 per cent of all visits to the doctor for problems in the genital and urinary systems by the young and middle aged.

Prostatitis is the name given to inflammatory conditions of the prostate gland. It can be (very) painful during urination or ejaculation and you need to see your doctor to ascertain the cause and get appropriate treatment. If you do not get it treated it can result in serious complications.

Chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) occurs just in men. It is a chronic (persistent) discomfort or pain that you feel in your lower pelvic region - mainly at the base of your penis and around your anus. The source of the pain is thought to be the prostate gland.
Symptoms can include;
Pain or discomfort lasts several months, and often longer.

It is usually at the base of the penis, and around the anus and lower back.

Sometimes the pain spreads down to the tip of the penis and/or into the testes.

Ejaculation may be painful. The pain may vary in severity from day to day.

Mild urinary irritation. You may have: mild pain when you pass urine, an urgent desire to pass urine at times, some hesitancy when trying to pass urine, a poor urinary stream.

You may feel tired, and have general aches and pains.

To find the cause of painful ejaculation, a semen sample and urine sample taken after ejaculation (post ejaculation urine analysis) may be taken.

A urethral swab may be taken to see if there is any infection, such as a sexually transmitted infection.

A test that looks at the inside of the bladder and urethra (cystoscopy) may also be done, although this is uncommon. For some men it can be hard to describe the exact location of the pain.

All causes of painful ejaculation should be investigated by a doctor so the best treatment can be given.

If no physical cause is found, some behavioural techniques to relax the muscles in the pelvic area may help some men.

When the cause is prostatitis the use of medications such as ‘alpha blockers’, muscle relaxants, analgesics, and some anti-inflammatory drugs may help. Specific antiviral and antibiotic medications can be given if the cause of painful ejaculation is due to an infection.

If the cause is psychological, counselling may help deal with any underlying concerns.

Good luck, be happy, have fun and be safe.

Healthy regards,
Brian
Maybe a kidney infection? Do you drink alot of soda? Maybe its just a cramp. Some men have a cramp in there leg that is right next to the penis.
sounds like prostate problems, get to see a doctor as this needs looking into.
