Dear As a Specialist in Sexual Medicine I personally do not prefer to use Lignocaine creams or sprays for treatment of Premature Ejaculation beacause of their possible side effects. And because they dont give any permanent solution to PE condition. Patient has to be dependent on such products for their life and damage their nerve endings
Dear there are specific and permanent solution for PE condition.
The permanent solution lies in training of a patient to control his hypersensitivity so that he can control his ejaculation by his will. Once patient is trainied then he is free from dependence on any product to make a good satisfying sex. However in severe cases we may prescribe few medicines for a while.
