I-ve heard that your supposed to be able to hold an ejaculaion for atleast 15 min. I-m 14 and I don-t know to hold it in.

Well at your age for the most part its almost uncontrollable because the urge to splurge is just so high.
But I said almost. The reason guys ejaculate is because they are aroused. The more aroused a guy is, the easier it is to ejaculate. In fact an orgasm (male or female) is the peak of arousal where a guy hits what experts call a climatic plateau. There are different stages of arousal and this level is the point of no return where a guy ejaculates no matter what.
If you control your arousal you can have sex/masturbate as long as you want. Although the longer you go the harder and more practice you need to control yourself. Its not hard though. All you do is start doing things that get you turned on then stopped when you feel that you are about to orgasm (but before the point of no return).
So say you-re masturbating. You do that until your feel yourself about to orgasm, then stop. Just stop before you reach that point of no return. Allow yourself to cool down for a minute or two, then start up again and then stop in the same fashion and just repeat this process until you wish to orgasm.
You can also gently use your thumb to press the top of the head of the penis with one hand and the other to press the base of the penis. This can help to lower your levels of arousal.
All that told, being a young guy there is no reason to worry about how long you last. Just because you orgasm once doesn-t mean you can-t do it again. Long as you are able to have an erection, you can have an orgasm.
