Ejaculation Control Issue? -
This started a couple of months ago. Have tried researching on the web, but comes back with just premature ejaculation - which I do not believe this is.Symptons. Occurs when masturbating or receiving oral sex. Basically I start to ejacultate 10 to 30 seconds PRIOR to the orgasm. Will start squirting out without the feeling of orgasm nor lose in erection. I continue on and then have the orgasm. Almost like a loss of muscle contol.
The definition of premature ejaculation is orgasming too soon. This is not the case since time is not the issue.
are you sure the liquid coming out before the orgasm is semen?
pre-ejaculatory fluid is released before orgasming to clear the urethra so the semen can go through unblocked you may be producing too much of this fluid
do you continue to ejaculate once you reach the orgasm if so then this is probably the reason
if not then i would see a physician
Your body is releasing -pre-coital fluid-, which is a lubricant.
This fluid helps facilitate the intercourse and helps the sperm get where it is going.
