been there, done that. yes, xanax can delay AND prevent ejaculation. there is another drug, buspar, that doesn-t impact ejaculation.

Not necessarily. They reduce anxiety, which may make you go either faster or slower, depending on the cause of your PE. They can also make you fall asleep, which will definately delay ejaculation. On the minus side, these drugs can cause sleep problems as your body gets used to not going to sleep without them. They tend to require larger doses over time. It doesn-t seem like a good treatment for PE.
