What is retrograde ejaculation? -

Retrograde ejaculation happens when a male does something to obstruct the flow of his semen and it goes backward into the urinary bladder.

The usual cause of retrograde ejaculation is that a male is masturbating and doesn-t want the semen to go flying, so he applies an extreme amount of pressure to his penis or his perineum (the area between the scrotum and the anus). This is a dangerous practice since the force used to do it can damage the sensitive blood vessels and nerves in and around the penis.

After retrograde ejaculation, the semen is released from the bladder the next time the male urinates. It is apt to be cloudier than usual.

Retrograde ejaculation refers to the entry of semen into the bladder instead of going out through the urethra during ejaculation
